Mind Massage and Movement stands for relaxation of the Body and Mind . The goal is to support your health and  to support your own self-health management.

Mind  & Body Awareness
Mind and Body Awareness has a lot to do with awareness of posture, physical movement and the use of your body as well developing your body-mind connection.

Massage Mindful Holistic
This calm and attentive full body massage  is given to create an emotional and physical awareness. It is a soft and meditative  touch with little spoken communication. Mindful  holistic massage can help you relocate your attention from the thinking to the feeling and experiencing of your body in the here and now.

Movement education 
The during the sessions provided therapeutic workshops for movement education helps you with stress and reduction of muscle tension -and stiffness, pain reduction, and postural imbalances. You discover and directly experience your innate self-healing ability’s. You learn how to use your body in a correct way, prevent pain and joint problems. You develope also a subtle awareness of the effects of movements in your body and you expand your intuition about how to work on yourself.

Every treatmment is different 
Both therapist and client will work on locating the cause of the symptoms and the existence of tensions in your body. Each workshop or treatment arises from everyone’s own individual process.

Thai Yoga – Yin Yoga

Thai Yoga 
At the sessions you are dressed in light clothes and lay on a firm futon or mat. The therapist will position your body and you do not need to put much effort into it but you receive some stretches with its amazing multitude of techniques and adjustments.

Thai Yoga Massage can release blockages, tensed muscles and may bring your body back to its natural equilibrium. It is a holistic therapy where your body and mind is seen and treated as an ever-changing network that all influence each other to restore and balance your body’s energy system.
A typically  session lasts  1 ½ .

 

Yin Yoga 

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced  meditative style of modern yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time—for beginners, it may range from two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more.

 

 

 

 

Movement Education

BodyVation Movement Education is suitable for anybody who is looking for an individual small class by having fun while doing easy going movement exercises and meanwhile to gain relaxation, health and vitality!

At the moment movement education is given online due the COVID-19 situation.

What you can learn:

  • How to develop awareness of posture and physical way of movement.
  • How to prevent back, neck and shoulder pain by healthy body- use
  • How to move, sit, and stand in a healthy and complaint-free way
  • How to explore an insight into the function(ing) of your body
  • How you can integrate the exercises in your daily Life
  • How to support your health in many ways
  • How to manage, reduce and prevent pain

Please wear or bring loose, comfortable clothes and bring a small plaid or blanked with you.
